He did such a great job of helping us find the perfect vehicle for me. He went above and beyond to help me remove my car rack and then also put it on the new vehicle. I have been bringing my 2006 Jetta TDI in for oil changes since I purcahsed the car from boucher VW. the service and attention I have recieved has been exceptional. my next vehical will be a from boucher vw if this one ever rolls over and plays dead. the TDI has been an intersting auto / between $65.00 oil changes x to date 36 $2340.00 plus sensor issues $1800.00 and a failure of the over flow cap $ 800.00 and a change of timing belt and water pump $900.00 = $5,040.00 but when it runs it is a great auto. just kidding .. We purchased a 2010 GTI. The overall buying experience was good and from the sales rep (from Lincoln Boucher) to the finance team and receptionist at VW we were made to feel welcome and attended to. Only complaint was the car was delivered to us with an empty tank of gas. our previous buying experiences from other dealerships provided a full tank at purchase. I brought in my 2010 Tiguan for new tires and 60,000 mile service. Jory in Parts was especially helpful in helping me decide on which tires to purchase prior to my visit. The intake was pleasant and the staff took the time to explain to me what was done as well as an idea what might be needed at the next service visit. I was impressed by the waiting area in the dealership. It was spacious, clean and very inviting as well as equipped with snacks and beverages. There are several other Volkswagen dealers between VW Boucher in Franklin and my home. Boucher makes the travel to Franklin worth the trip. One item...offering a coupon with 10% off that expires in a month with the survey is a waste. I know I won't require service that quickly because Boucher gets the job done right the first time. My experience at Boucher Volkswagen as been excellent, I recently experienced a few issued with my vehicle that needed to be resolved Jason Zakszewski in the service department was extremely detailed and informative and provided the best customer service that I have experieded at any dealership. He's always answered my questions with confidence and always advises me of any information about my vehicle. He's very direct and straight to the point but has never tried to sell me something I don't need unlike some other service advisors at other dealerships. I was happy to hear that my vehicle was still under warranty and there was no charge for the repairs. The customer weighting area is excellent I felt relaxed, special and important to the dealership. Before I left I stopped at the parts department and ordered a door trim piece for my vehicle. I believe Tyler helped to find the correct part and I was very impressed with his knowledge of VW parts. I could tell he was a car guy like me as we discussed the VW GTI and Golf R.My check out at the payment window was super fast and the young lady behind that desk was very organized.
