It was the easiest car buying experience ever. I didn’t feel rushed or that there was someone else waiting. I did have to come back the next day to finish up the deal since they only had 1 finance person working. When I came back the next day all of my paper work was waiting and ready to be signed. Does Boucher know how he treats people? He should be out of a job, and was the biggest reason for us not purchasing a car at the facility.

John knew his stuff, and had a no-nonsense, no pressure approach as a salesman that is refreshing and appreciated. Can definitely say this was probably the least complicated or frustrating transaction I've ever had in purchasing a car. Brayden was very knowledgeable about the Volkswagen product overall specifically the Arteon. He has a great passion for Volkswagens and that makes a big difference. Mike helped make the negotiations painless and was very up front and honest with me about pricing etc. It was a a great experience from start to finish. I'll be bringing my wife in soon to purchase an Atlas! I'd 100% recommend this dealership to anyone interested in Volkswagen products.

The salesman searched out a car for us, and was successful BUT at the time of signing the final process was not quite what we agreed to- (the salesperson needs to tweak his listening skills)-we almost walked out- but we ended up splitting the difference and proceeded with the purchase. Still trying to figure out a number of the features. Pretty confusing choices. Again sales person not as helpful as I would like with those details either.
