I traded in my Toyota Highlander for a 2024 Atlas. They did a great job staying late to help us get a deal done quick on a weekend, but their attention to detail and cleanliness was so far below an acceptable standard, that I can’t rate them low enough. Our new vehicle was dirty, had an odor and had to return to the dealership twice to get cleaned. Serious safety issue with the cruise control buttons being stuck due to some type of previous spill that was not cleaned properly.

I am beyond happy with my experience at Boucher Volkswagen Franklin, and that’s saying a lot considering how worried I was about finding a reliable, affordable vehicle with a great warranty. Add that to the list of features I wanted, and I wasn’t sure I was going to find what I was looking for. Until I got in contact with Michael, not only was he patient and attentive, but he was also able to answer all my questions and educate me as well. He even went in on his day off to accommodate my busy schedule and took his time to go through every feature and button and answer any questions I had. After deciding the 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan was the car for me, he sent me to Phil in financing who was also awesome! He was able to get me a lower interest rate than I had originally signed for and took his time to learn more about my family and how often we drive. He understood how important a reliable, safe vehicle with a good warranty meant to me so he made that happen. I drive my Volkswagen with confidence and am very happy with my purchase and the service I received. I could go on and on and have with some friends and family already! As if it couldn’t get any better, not only do I have a vehicle that I love and that has the features I was looking for, but I also have the diamond ceramic cosmetic package for the interior and exterior, as well as a warranty that covers all my moving parts and so much more, & I am under budget!!!!!!! I bought a certified Volkswagen Atlas for 35,000.
I bought a certified Volkswagen Atlas for 35,000. It was nothing more than a rubber stamp from Volkswagen. The proof is in the documents that I have that shows they never did service the vehicle when I took it to my Volkswagen dealership there is over $627 dollars And the brakes were to be replaced as soon as possible. I called back to the dealer. He told me I was lying Pat told me before that I was just lying and none of it’s true. I have the documentation I went to a third repair man for the brakes and they were at 3 mm Not the five that Pat says it left with it was nothing more than lying on top of a lie to take my money I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. I called headquarters. They called Pat, Pat called me and told me I was just lying as I stated no one should go to this dealer they are getting a rubber stamp from Volkswagen manufacturing when they state that this is a certified preowned. My name is Randy Hanstad and I’ll stand by this because I have documentation.

The salesman searched out a car for us, and was successful BUT at the time of signing the final process was not quite what we agreed to- (the salesperson needs to tweak his listening skills)-we almost walked out- but we ended up splitting the difference and proceeded with the purchase. Still trying to figure out a number of the features. Pretty confusing choices. Again sales person not as helpful as I would like with those details either.

Excellent service from start to finish. Easy negotiations, easy finance department , easy transaction overall. Can definitely say this was probably the least complicated or frustrating transaction I've ever had in purchasing a car. Brayden was very knowledgeable about the Volkswagen product overall specifically the Arteon. He has a great passion for Volkswagens and that makes a big difference. Mike helped make the negotiations painless and was very up front and honest with me about pricing etc. It was a a great experience from start to finish. I'll be bringing my wife in soon to purchase an Atlas! I'd 100% recommend this dealership to anyone interested in Volkswagen products.
